The Guy Doodles

Nic Colannino (b. 1968, New Jersey, USA) is an artist, father, and small business owner mainly focusing on drawing and self-portraiture as a way to illustrate his daily experiences. The drawings and paintings in “The Guy Doodles” span from 2014-2023 and are coded with referential imagery regarding events within this time period. These include, but are not limited to, extensive travel, spending time with friends and family, the ups and downs of owning a small business, and more individual, personal moments. This is Nic’s first show, and first time presenting his work in a public environment.
